Easter Films
I'm preparing to make a major job transition, from Easter Bunny to independent filmmaker. Can anyone think of any major movies made with Bunnies? I'm trying to come up with names for my production company and right now, I think Harvey (based on the Pookah in the movie Harvey) would be best. What do you think?

Oh, and I'm totally skipping out on work right now (heheh)!

Hey! Yeah how about "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" (that's always a classic) and I think they made a movie out of "Watership Down" back in like the 70s or something... (and what bunny in its rightful mind doesn't love that story???)

Hope you are having a spect-egg-ular Easter (I've officially overdosed on Cadbury eggs...mmmm). :) Can't wait to hear all about it later.

I think I'd rather be associated with magical or extreme bunnies like Harvey than bunnies like Roger Rabbit, and Watership Down is just creepy! I mean, thos were some hardcore bunnies!

Was there a bunny in The Secret of NIMH? I know there were rats and mice, but I think there was a bunny family too, during the "moving" segment at the beginning of the film when the tractor almost bulldozed the homes?

Donnie Darko had a bunny. Actually, Frank was a guy dressed up as a bunny. At other times, the bunny was a hallucination/vision. He's a little creepy, though.

Have you seen How to Draw a Bunny? It's about this awesome collage artist Ray Johnson. He was in with Andy Warhol and lots of other artists of the time. One of the things he was famous for was drawing bunny portraits of all his friends.

They are super cool, but I kept on thinking about how it didn't quite take into account the bunny perspective. What if bunnies don't want their likeness used by people? People are alright, but bunnies rock! So I was thinking that you could do a mockumentary about a bunny that draws people-portraits of all his bunny friends!
